Jp Make Da Photos is…

a self-taught, self-proclaimed Art/Creative Director, photo shoot producer, and CECW-Chief Executive of Childlike Wonder. Sometimes, I even press a button or two! I knew at 6 years old I was a creative. Able to come up with ideas with little to no effort and super artsy with my hands.

It was then I knew I wanted to work in advertising creating TV commercial ads. YEARS of trial and error in fashion design led me to photography which enabled me to create my own very colorful, interactive, and personal full production photo style from the view of a Black female creative.

I used to randomly flip through the TV stations for 30 seconds to see how many Black people I could count on screen within that timeframe. A simple game I played by myself, but it gave me the idea that my goal would be to showcase the not often seen side of Black women…The fun side (and never their backside)!

This naturally extended beyond Black women to a variety of clientele which consists of regular, fun people and their families as well as businesses/business owners who want all-inclusive, creatively directed photo shoot production services.

With a crew of MUAs (and affiliate photographers when needed for larger/more involved productions), we create color stories in photo form for campaign ads, general advertising/stock photography, themed events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), new class pet, or for any other reason you might want pictures!
